One of the penthouse’s greatest highlights is the 41-square-meter rooftop terrace, accessible directly from the living room and one of the two bedrooms. Outfitted with comfortable lounge furniture, sun loungers, and a dining table with four chairs, it feels like an apartment within the apartment. On sunny days, you can relax here for hours and take in the stunning views of the sea and harbor. A large electric grill is also available. The apartment also features a private sauna with wonderful views across the island, making your stay relaxing at any time of year. The penthouse offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is one bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped modern kitchen with branded appliances for easy self-catering. The apartment accommodates up to four guests. The building has an elevator. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building for an extra fee, as well as a bicycle storage room. Towels and bed linens are included in the final cleaning fee.
